Rene Crawford
"There's no place like home."
Rene has been with Toal Industries since October 2007, but she joined the Slumpy's team in January 2015! She was promoted to her current position, Senior Warehouse Supervisor, in 2023. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, and Rene graduated from Martin Luther King High School. She worked as a toll collector on the Pennsylvania Turnpike for 18 years. She loved her job because she got to talk to lots of unique and different people every day. She's an integral part of our warehouse team. We're also pretty convinced that Rene's the sweetest person ever. Those that get the chance to meet her will understand why!
Rene's favorite thing about working for Slumpy's is our team. On the rare occasion that she has a bad day, Rene likes to go home and relax with a glass of wine and a good book. Rene is passionate about cleaning (she's a neat freak which helps to keep us organized!) She's also a great dancer. Her personal mantra is "Treat others like you want to be treated." Rene stays motivated by her faith and her family.
