Scott Toal "Beans are a real go-to for me." -Joe Bastianich Scott Toal has been working at Slumpy's as a bean counter since before there was a Slumpy's! He was born in Olean, New York and graduated from Oral Roberts University (The Oral Roberts University). Scott's Bachelor of Science degree comes in very handy with his chosen career path. Ask him about beans, and he will likely talk for hours about the benefits rendered to business from growth in bean numbers. Scott is currently doing a scientific study on how he found his way to Slumpy's. He's sure there is a logical explanation, but the study findings are not yet conclusive. One thing that he does know is that he loves Slumpy's and being a part of a great company! Scott's favorite product is the Coffee Bean Mold (SM-9111)! His favorite thing about working for Slumpy's is the meetings, but on the rare occasion that he has a bad day, Scott likes to go home and relax to the ever popular Voice of the Bean soundtrack. Scott is passionate about his family and beans and counting, and he can count beans in his sleep! When asked about the best day of his life, Scott said that it was his wedding day - of course, but every January 6th would be a close second, as that is National Bean Day!
